Overview

The Structural Biology Core offers advanced instrumentation and support for the structural characterization of biological macromolecules. These services are available to investigators at Mayo Clinic and its partner institutions.

The Structural Biology Core supports cryo-electron microscopy (cryoEM). The core also supports associated services, such as training, data collection, processing, analysis and data storage. Services also include X-ray crystallography and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy.
