Electron Microscopy Core staff analyze prepared specimens using scanning electron microscopy. Core staff capture digital images of specified areas of interest per customer instructions.

Scanning electron microscopy is a technique that achieves 3D visualization of the surface topography of a submitted specimen. Upon request, core staff provide training for unsupervised client operation of scanning electron microscopy equipment.
