cBioPortal -Omic Data

The cBioPortal was developed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to provide a user-friendly interface for interrogating multiple, interrelated genomic, methylomic and transcriptomic (multi-omic) data sets.

The cBioPortal contains all the human tumor data generated by The Cancer Genome Atlas.

Using this same portal, the multi-omic data available on the lines from the Mayo Clinic Brain Tumor Patient-Derived Xenograft National Resource have been uploaded into cBioPortal. This enables users to readily query all the multi-omic data at the gene level.

Available files

Processed data from the PDX National Resource are available on cBioPortal. The data can be downloaded on the Data Sets link under Brain Tumor PDXs (Mayo Clinic, 2019) by clicking the download icon.
