Data science analyst

They apply expertise in data analysis, statistical methods and computational tools to support research, clinical and operational initiatives. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, data science analysts develop models, identify patterns and communicate findings to inform decision-making.

Qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's or graduate degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with programming and data analysis using tools such as Python or R, including working with large and complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning or data mining techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present results from complex data and models in clear, actionable terms for research, clinical and operational stakeholders.
