The Optical Microscopy and Cell Analysis Core provides five analytical flow cytometers, each with distinct configurations to support a wide range of experimental needs. The core performs data acquisition on fixed samples. Unfixed samples require further biosafety approval prior to acquisition.
All samples must be prepared in the investigator's lab. Core staff members or trained personnel from the investigator's lab can run these samples. Training is mandatory for anyone operating core instruments. The core securely stores raw data files on a central server for subsequent analysis.
