CellenONE single cell sorter. Profiling protein interactions and spatial cellular organization

Interactome and proximity proteome analysis enables the mapping of protein-protein interactions and spatially localized proteomes within cells or tissues, providing insight into molecular networks and signaling pathways that drive biological function and disease.

Interactome and proximity proteome analysis

The Multiomics Mass Spectrometry Core offers advanced interactome and proximity proteomics services to map protein-protein interactions and spatial organization within cells. These analyses provide insights into molecular networks, signaling pathways and subcellular architecture.

Capabilities

The Multiomics Mass Spectrometry Core provides comprehensive workflows for interactome and proximity proteomics that are supported by the automated KingFisher Apex magnetic bead-based purification system.

Applications

  • Mapping protein-protein interaction networks via affinity purification (immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry).
  • Identifying proximal proteomes in cells or tissues (BioID, APEX).
  • Click chemistry-based enrichment strategies, such as bio-orthogonal noncanonical amino acid tagging (BONCAT).
  • On-bead digestion workflows for magnetic bead-bound complexes.

Data analysis and support

Bioinformatics support is available for interactome data interpretation, including protein-protein interaction network visualization, functional enrichment and pathway analysis.

Consultation services

If you are a new user of the core, a consultation with our research scientist is required before the core can accept samples for your proteomics project. This consultation ensures that the core offers you the highest quality services.

The core reserves two hours weekly for no-charge project consultations.
