The Multiomics Mass Spectrometry Core's global proteomics service supports research applications ranging from basic discovery to translational and clinical studies by enabling deep, unbiased proteomic profiling across diverse sample types.
Global proteomics
The core uses its state-of-the-art Bruker timsTOF Ultra 2 platform to perform global proteomics services. This platform is optimized for ultrasensitive and low-input analyses. The workflow includes protein extraction, digestion and peptide cleanup, followed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis using data-dependent or data-independent acquisition strategies for label-free quantification.

Data analysis and support
The core analyzes proteomics data using Biognosys Spectronaut software with options for statistical testing, pathway enrichment and visualization. The core's bioinformatics team provides consultation and custom analysis services to ensure high data quality and biological relevance.

If you are a new user of the core, a consultation with our research scientist is required before the core can accept samples for your proteomics project. This consultation ensures that the core offers you the highest quality services.
The core reserves two hours weekly for no-charge project consultations.
