Survey Research Center

Mayo Clinic's Survey Research Center provides a full selection of survey services. From initial consultation to implementation and interpretation, the center assists researchers with all aspects of survey design and data collection.

The Survey Research Center offers a wide variety of survey methodologies, including both interview-administered surveys by telephone and self-administered surveys involving web-based, paper-and-pencil, and scannable forms. During initial consultations, staff members can recommend methods that will most efficiently answer the survey objectives.

The Survey Research Center is part of Mayo Clinic's Division of Epidemiology in the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences.
