The primary research goals in the Division of Epidemiology are to:

  • Advance discovery science related to understanding etiology and risk factors of diseases, their mechanisms of development, and their progression.
  • Pursue effective interdisciplinary team science through internal and external research collaborations and partnerships.
  • Further translational research to promote health and the highest level of health for everyone locally, nationally and internationally.
