  • Trilineage potential assessment using a Cytation 5 imaging system. This process evaluates the ability of human induced pluripotent stem cells to differentiate into the three primary germ layers — ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm — using the advanced imaging capabilities of the Cytation 5 system. This ensures the pluripotency and developmental potential of the induced pluripotent stem cells.
  • Pluripotency assessment of induced pluripotent stem cells using an Attune acoustic focusing cytometer. This assessment uses the Attune acoustic focusing cytometer to analyze and confirm the pluripotency of induced pluripotent stem cells by measuring key surface markers and other cellular characteristics. This step is critical for verifying that the cells maintain their ability to differentiate into various cell types.
  • Mycoplasma testing using a ViiA7 Real-Time PCR system. The ViiA7 Real-Time PCR system is used to detect and quantify any potential contamination by mycoplasma in induced pluripotent stem cell cultures. This ensures that the cell lines are free of microbial contamination, which is essential for the integrity and reproducibility of research.
  • G-band karyotyping of induced pluripotent stem cells lines.
