Antibody labeling

Purified monoclonal antibodies can be labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate, biotin and rhodamine fluorochromes. Antibody samples to be labeled should each be provided in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) at 0.5 mg to 1 mg per ml concentrations in 1-ml volumes.
