The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate efficacy and safety of tirabrutinib alone compared with rituximab and temozolomide (R-TMZ) combination therapy in participants with Relapsed/Refractory Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma (PCNSL).

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination of DS-8201a in combination with olaparib, and to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) 1.1.2 To evaluate the safety and tolerability of this combination in a dose expansion cohort in patients with uterine serous carcinoma.

This is a Phase 2 study for BT5528 in adults with a specific type of pancreatic cancer called metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) that has spread and worsened after one previous treatment.

The drug, BT5528, is designed to find a specific protein called EphA2.

The main aims of the study are to see how well the drug works against the tumor (efficacy), what side effects it may have (safety), and how the body processes it (pharmacokinetics). All participants in this study will receive BT5528, and both they and their doctors will know what is being administered (single-arm, open-label). The trial will take place at several different medical centers.

The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine called PF-08634404, and how well it works in people with cancer of the colon or rectum (CRC)). The goal is to understand if the new study medicine, combined with chemotherapy that is approved for colorectal cancer, can help people whose cancer has spread or returned after treatments taken before.

To join the study, participants must meet the following conditions:

* Be 18 years or older.
* Have colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of your body.
* Be in good enough health to receive study treatment.
* Should not be pregnant before starting treatment.

Participants will be randomized (like flipping a coin) to one of 2 different treatment arms. The first arm (Arm A) will include the new medicine PF-08634404 in combination with chemotherapy that is approved for colorectal cancer, and the second arm (Arm B) will include an approved medicine for colorectal cancer, called Bevacizumab, in combination with chemotherapy that is approved for this type of cancer. Participants and their doctors will not know which arm they are being assigned to. Participants will receive all the study medications through intravenous (IV) infusions, which means the medicine is given directly into a vein. The treatment will be given in cycles, and participants may continue receiving it if it is helping and they are not experiencing serious side effects.

The medicine will be given at a clinical site, where trained medical staff will check participants during and after each treatment.

* The study is expected to last approximately 33 months for each participant.
* Participants will have regular visits to the study site for treatment, health checks, and tests.
* After stopping treatment, participants will return for a final visit about 30 to37 days later to check their health and review any side effects.
* Follow-up will continue every 12 weeks by phone or in person or by reviewing health records to check on health status and any new treatments.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of NIO752 in participants with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).

This study is open to adults with chronic heart failure (HF) who have a reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of less than 40%. People can join the study if they have been diagnosed with chronic HF at least 3 months before the study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called vicadrostat, in combination with another medicine called empagliflozin, helps people with chronic heart failure.

In this study, participants are put into 2 groups randomly. Participants have an equal chance of being in either group. One group takes vicadrostat and empagliflozin tablets, and the other group takes placebo and empagliflozin tablets. Placebo tablets look like vicadrostat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take the study medicines as tablets once a day for between 1 and about 3.5 years. During this time, they can continue their regular treatment for heart failure.

Participants can stay in the study as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it, for a maximum of about 3.5 years. During this time, they visit the study site regularly. The exact number of visits is different for each participant, depending on how long they stay in the study. The study staff may also contact the participants by phone. Participants also regularly answer questions about their well-being. The doctors document when participants experience worsening of their heart failure symptoms, must go to hospital due to heart failure, or die during the study. The time until these events are observed is compared between the treatment groups to see whether the treatment works. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.

This study will evaluate two study drugs called ubamatamab and REGN7075, to see if they can help treat advanced or metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), and sarilumab, to evaluate to see if it can help with immune-related side effects from ubamatamab.

The study is looking at:

* How well ubamatamab and REGN7075 works
* The side effects that ubamatamab and REGN7075 might cause
* How much ubamatamab and REGN7075 is in the blood at different times
* If the body makes antibodies to ubamatamab and/or REGN7075, this may cause the ubamatamab to not work as well

This clinical trial evaluates the impact of a patient-centered health and wellness coaching (HWC) intervention on adherence to treatment plans and healthy lifestyle practices in patients with papillary or follicular thyroid cancer. Treatment for thyroid cancer often involves surgery, radioactive iodine and/or lifelong levothyroxine with regular monitoring of thyroid stimulating hormone levels. Despite strong survival rates, patients frequently report fatigue, cognitive issues, mood changes, and disruptions in daily life. Treatment burden and psychosocial strain often impair the ability to follow the treatment plan and healthy lifestyle. Studies have shown that HWC motivates patients to take ownership and accountability to perform positive and healthy behavioral changes. HWC may have a positive impact on health-related goal-setting processes and improve self-care and healthcare outcomes in certain settings. It is not yet known how HWC impacts thyroid cancer patients. Incorporating HWC into survivorship care may improve adherence to treatment plans and healthy lifestyle practices in patients with papillary or follicular thyroid cancer.

The purpose of this study compares the effect of adding carboplatin to the standard of care chemotherapy drug cabazitaxel versus cabazitaxel alone in treating prostate cancer that keeps growing even when the amount of testosterone in the body is reduced to very low levels (castrate-resistant) and that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cabazitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Prednisone is often given together with chemotherapy drugs. Prednisone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to reduce inflammation and lower the body's immune response to help lessen the side effects of chemotherapy drugs and to help the chemotherapy work. Giving carboplatin with the standard of care chemotherapy drug cabazitaxel may be better at treating metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer.

Post Operative Atrial Fibrillation (POAF) is the most common complication of cardiac surgery. POAF incidence can exceed 50% depending on the patient baseline characteristics and surgery type. Patients with POAF tend to have worse acute and long-term clinical outcomes. BoxX-NoAF is a randomized trial to evaluate if prophylactic ablation and exclusion of the Left Atrial Appendage at the time of other routine cardiac surgery can reduce the incidence of post operative AF and clinical AF during long term follow up in patients who have not yet developed AF but are at risk.
