  The purpose of this study is evaluate the effectiveness of ChatGPT, Google Assistant and AI-TransLATE interpreter modes in simulated clinical settings, focusing on their accuracy, usability, and clinician satisfaction. By simulating medical discussions about end-of-life care, goals of care, and ICU scenarios using simulated patients and inviting clinicians as participants, we aim to observe how well these AI tools support real-time communication.
