A Study Of Smart Horizons For Gastrointestinal Health

About this study

The purpose of this study is to develop and pilot test the Smart Symptom Tracking ALEX tool using an experimental two-arm design (ALEX vs. standard of care).

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Ages 18–44 years

  • Has an active health insurance plan

  • Concerned about their GI health

  • Able to speak and read English

  • Willing to complete a four-week symptom tracking protocol

 

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Unable to understand the informed consent or comply with protocol requirements

  • Not insured under a health insurance plan
