Mask Survey — Arizona

Mayo Clinic is conducting a survey to see how our community feels about wearing a mask for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) prevention. Based on what we find out, we will try to help meet the needs for information and masks.

Study eligibility

To participate in the research study, you will complete a survey. You must also:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Live in Maricopa County, Arizona
