Mindfulness Meditation Practice
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention and being aware of the here and now without judging what is in front of us. Come and participate in a guided mindfulness meditation session with Dr. Benzo. This class is free and open to the public. You can contact the lab to confirm meeting times and locations.
- Time: Wednesdays from 5:15-6 p.m.
- Location: Presence Room, 6th Floor, Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center on the Mayo Clinic campus in Rochester, Minnesota.
Mindfulness for Healthy Living
This clinical program for chronic conditions offers a hands-on, mindfulness-based rehabilitation program aimed to equip patients, caregivers and providers with tools to live better. The key concept is that you can play an active role in self-care through self-awareness and self-management by setting simple goals that align with your priorities.
This class is open to Mayo Clinic patients. You must call 507-293-1989 to register.
- Time: Tuesdays at 2:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 9 a.m.
