Software

Led primarily by alumnus Nicholas Zwart, Ph.D., the Magnetic Resonance Technology and Use Design Laboratory has developed an open-source software package called Graphical Programming Interface (GPI).

The lab created GPI primarily to develop algorithms and software for MRI data manipulation and image construction. However, it is a powerful software tool for many purposes, including general data visualization, teaching, simulation and more.

The lab's GPI software, download instructions, demo videos, instructions and more information can be found on the GPI Lab website.
