Anhar Hassan, M.B., B.Ch., performs clinical research in movement disorders including Parkinson's disease, atypical parkinsonism, impulse control disorders and hyperkinetic movement disorders.

Dr. Hassan is currently focused on genetic polymorphisms in dopamine and other neurotransmitter receptors related to Parkinson's disease duration, severity outcomes and nonmotor features.

Additionally, Dr. Hassan is interested in orthostatic tremor and clinical outcomes of deep brain stimulation.
