Overview
The Division of Health Care Policy and Research is a multidisciplinary group whose mission is to conduct collaborative health services research in support of the practice, administrative and educational needs of Mayo Clinic. Health services research activities are targeted toward ensuring the delivery of high-quality, clinically appropriate, cost-effective health care to all segments of the population that Mayo Clinic serves.

The staff includes a research operations manager and survey research center manager, administrative assistants with a survey research focus, clinical research assistants, and data processing specialists.

Created in 1992, the Division of Health Care Policy and Research is the most recent addition to Mayo Clinic's Department of Health Sciences Research.
