First In Human Study Of KO-539 To Treat Relapsed Or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia

During the early phases (phases 1 and 2), researchers assess safety, side effects, optimal dosages and risks/benefits. About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of KO-539, a menin-MLL(KMT2A) inhibitor, in patients with refractory or relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have failed or are ineligible for any approved standard of care therapies, including hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).

About this study

This phase II trials studies how well acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab works in treating participants with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether giving acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab will work better in treating participants with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.

About this study

This MyeloMATCH Master Screening and Reassessment Protocol (MSRP) evaluates the use of a screening tool and specific laboratory tests to help improve participants' ability to register to clinical trials throughout the course of their myeloid cancer (acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome) treatment. This study involves testing patients' bone marrow and blood for certain biomarkers. A biomarker (sometimes called a marker) is any molecule in the body that can be measured. Doctors look at markers to learn what is happening in the body. Knowing about certain markers can give doctors more information about what is driving the cancer and how to treat it. Testing patients' bone marrow and blood will show doctors if patients have markers that specific drugs can target. The marker testing in this study will let doctors know if they can match patients with a treatment study (myeloMATCH clinical trial) that tests treatment for the type of cancer they have or continue standard of care treatment with their doctor on the Tier Advancement Pathway (TAP).

About this study

The purpose of this post-marketing study is to further characterize the long-term outcome of known or potential risks of lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan also known as [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 or 177Lu-PSMA-617 and hereinafter referred to as AAA617. The study also seeks to further characterize (as possible) any other serious adverse reaction(s) in the long-term in adults with prostate cancer who received at least one dose of AAA617 from interventional, Phase I-IV Novartis sponsored clinical trials.

About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine if a new molecule that targets natural killer (NK) cells and T-cell activation signals to specific receptors on cancer cells. The study will occur in two phases. The first phase will be a dose escalation phase, enrolling patients with various types of solid tumors that express epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). A combination therapy cohort will be opened for enrollment, DF9001 + nivolumab. The second phase will include a dose expansion using the best dose selected from the first phase of the study. Multiple cohorts will be opened with eligible patients having selected solid tumors.

About this study

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the drug TUB-030 works to treat solid cancer in adults. The study will also explore the safety of TUB-030. The main questions it aims to answer are: To determine the safety and tolerability of TUB-030 To determine the maximum tolerated dose of TUB-030 as a single drug given to patients with solid cancer Researchers will also compare doses of TUB-030 in two specific cancer types, in patients with head and neck cancer and patients with non-small cell lung cancer, to see if TUB-030 works to treat these two solid cancer types and to determine the best dose. Participants will: Receive drug TUB-030 every 3 weeks Visit the clinic once every 3 weeks for checkups and tests Answer patient reported outcome questionnaires about their symptoms
