About this study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of low sodium oxybate (LSO) on total sleep time as measured by 24-hour polysomnography.

The secondary objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of low sodium oxybate on total sleep time as measured by Nestsense EEG earbuds, Axivity device, and patient sleep diary entries.

An exploratory objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of low sodium oxybate on patient reported outcomes, micro/macro sleep stages, daily activity levels/steps, and degree of association between outcomes measured in the study.

About this study

This is a Phase 2 study designed to determine the preliminary anti-tumor activity and confirm the safety of VV1 in combination with cemiplimab. The study will enroll patients with three distinct separate tumor cohorts. The cancers types are colorectal, head and neck carcinoma, and melanoma that are progressing on CPI treatment. (CRC and melenoma cohorts are now closed to new patients)

About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine how well nivolumab with or without varlilumab works in treating patients with aggressive B-cell lymphomas that have come back or do not respond to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as varlilumab and nivolumab, may work by stimulating the immune system to attack cancer tumor cells.

About this study

This is a multicenter Phase 1b, open label, dose-escalation and cohort-expansion study, evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), preliminary antitumor activity, and effect of biomarkers of zanzalintinib administered alone, and in combination with nivolumab (doublet), nivolumab + ipilimumab (triplet) and nivolumab + relatlimab (triplet) in participants with advanced solid tumors.

In the Expansion Stage, the safety and efficacy of zanzalintinib as monotherapy and in combination therapy will be further evaluated in tumor-specific Expansion Cohorts.

About this study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the activity of lasofoxifene relative to fulvestrant for the treatment of postmenopausal women with locally advanced or metastatic ER+/HER2− breast cancer with an acquired ESR1 mutation and who have disease progression on an aromatase inhibitor (AI) in combination with a cyclin dependent kinase (CDK) 4/6 inhibitor. The primary objective is to evaluate the progression free survival (PFS) of 5 mg lasofoxifene relative to fulvestrant for the treatment of postmenopausal women with locally advanced or metastatic estrogen receptor positive (ER+)/human epidermal growth factor 2 negative (HER2−) breast cancer with an ESR1 mutation.

About this study

This phase III trial tests if gabapentin can prevent the need for opiate pain medication for mouth sores (oral mucositis) in patients undergoing treatment with chemotherapy and radiation for squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck region. Oral mucositis is a common side effect of radiation treatment and can cause severe pain, dysphagia, and weight loss resulting in feeding tube placement, worse health-related quality of life, treatment interruptions, unplanned hospitalizations, and significant financial burden. Mucositis pain is often treated with opioid pain medications which do provide pain relief but have many known side effects not limited to mental clouding, constipation, fatigue, endocrinopathy, neurotoxicity, sleep-disordered breathing, and most distressingly persistent opioid use. Gabapentin may help relieve pain from oral mucositis caused by radiation while also reducing the need for opiate pain medications for patients receiving chemotherapy and radiation for squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck region
