During the early phases (phases 1 and 2), researchers assess safety, side effects, optimal dosages and risks/benefits. In the later phase (phase 3), researchers study whether the treatment works better than the current standard therapy. About this study

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of ELI-002 7P immunotherapy (a lipid-conjugated immune-stimulatory oligonucleotide [Amph-CpG-7909] plus a mixture of lipid-conjugated peptide-based antigens [Amph-Peptides 7P]) as adjuvant treatment in subjects with solid tumors with mutated KRAS/NRAS. This study builds on the experience obtained with related product ELI-002 2P, which was studied in protocol ELI-002-001 under IND 26909.

About this study

All lesions 4.0 cm to 6.0 cm will receive 32.5 Gy/5 fractions and will be analyzed separately. The portion of the trial is written as a phase II study without randomization noting the rarity of unresected brain metastasis of this size and the lack of comfort of treating radiation oncologist and neurosurgeons with single fraction SRS for tumors this large. However, noting the paucity of prospective data for this patient population enrolling patients on a clinical trial will provide a more accurate historical control for future trials. Although this cohort was enrolled on the prospective phase I trial from Emory and the fractionation of 32.5 Gy in 5 fraction appeared safe and efficacious, a larger cohort of patients is needed to better evaluate the therapeutic ratio of this regimen for this patient population.

About this study

Immunoglobulin light chain (AL) amyloidosis is the most common form of systemic amyloidosis. AL amyloidosis has many root causes and is characterized by the overproduction of AL that are secreted by clonal bone marrow plasma cells. This is a study to determine adverse events and change in disease activity in adult participants with AL amyloidosis treated with ABBV-383.

Etentamig (ABBV-383) is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of AL amyloidosis. This study in broken into 2 parts (dose escalation and dose expansion) with 4 arms. During dose escalation (arms 1-3) participants will receive 1 of 3 doses of ABBV-383 to determine the part 2 dose. After completion of the dose escalation portion of the study, the dose expansion (part 2) portion of the study will begin. One arm (arm 4) will begin and participants will receive a dose determined during the dose escalation portion (part 1). Around 76 adult participants with relapsed/refractory AL amyloidosis will be enrolled at approximately 25 sites across the world.

Participants will receive Etentamig (ABBV-383) as an infusion into the vein for up to approximately 2 year study duration.

There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and questionnaires.

About this study

The purpose of this study is to find out if a new drug, called IDRX-42 (also known as GSK6042981), is effective in treating adults with a type of cancer called Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST) when compared to another drug named sunitinib. The study will see if IDRX-42 works well and is safe for participants whose GIST has spread or cannot be surgically removed, and who have already taken the drug imatinib. Participants whose disease worsens after receiving sunitinib in this study may cross over to receive GSK6042981, at investigator's discretion and if additional eligibility criteria are met.

About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine the side effects and best dose of erlotinib hydrochloride when given together with GDC-0449, and either with or without gemcitabine hydrochloride, for the treatment of patients who have metastatic pancreatic cancer or solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as GDC-0449 and gemcitabine hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Erlotinib hydrochloride may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving GDC-0449 together with erlotinib hydrochloride with or without gemcitabine hydrochloride may kill more tumor cells.

About this study

This phase I trial studies the effect of stereotactic body radiation therapy and immunotherapy in treating patients with mesothelioma. Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Giving stereotactic body radiation therapy and immunotherapy may improve the tumors response to the treatment and decrease side-effects.
