About this study

The purpose of this study is to test a medicine, NNC6019-0001, for people who have a heart disease due to TTR amyloidosis. It will look at how safe this medicine is in the long term and if it can reduce symptoms of a heart disease due to TTR amyloidosis, such as heart failure. It is an extension to a study called "A research study to look at how a new medicine called NNC6019-0001 works and how safe it is for people who have a heart disease due to TTR amyloidosis". Only participants who have completed that study will be invited for this new study. Participants will get NNC6019-0001, regardless of whether they got placebo or NNC6019-0001 in the first study. The study will last for up to 157 weeks (36 months/3 years).

About this study

Multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase-3 Trial. Patients with a history of recurrent pericarditis who are being treated with an IL-1 blocker for at least 12 months, scheduled to be discontinued, will be approached for potential trial participation.

Double-blind treatment will be initiated 10 - 16 days prior to the last scheduled dose of the IL-1 blocker and continued for 24 weeks.

The objective is to assess whether patients who discontinue therapy with an IL-1 blocker for recurrent pericarditis remain free of pericarditis recurrence while receiving CardiolRx.

About this study

This study aims to compare an additional support program (text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling) with usual care in making sure breast cancer patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed (medication adherence).

About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine whether adjuvant chemotherapy (ACT) added to ovarian function suppression (OFS) plus endocrine therapy (ET) is superior to OFS plus ET in improving invasive breast cancer-free survival (IBCFS) among premenopausal, early- stage breast cancer (EBC) patients with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, HER2-negative tumors and 21-gene recurrence score (RS) between 16-25 (for pN0 patients) and 0-25 (for pN1 patients).

About this study

This is a two arm Phase III trial in first and second-line HER2 negative patients with locally recurrent or metastatic breast cancer. The primary endpoint is overall survival (OS), and the objective is to test for the superiority of eribulin mesylate over standard weekly paclitaxel. Patients will be randomized between the experimental and control arm with equal allocation (1:1) within strata defined by prior adjuvant taxanes, hormone receptor status, and line of therapy. Subjects will continue protocol directed therapy until documentation of disease progression, development of unacceptable toxicity, or withdrawal of consent. Those who discontinue study treatment without radiological progression will be followed with repeat imaging studies every 12 weeks. All subjects will be followed until death, withdrawal of consent, or study termination.
