Clinical Trials

This is a clinical study that has two parts. It is testing a potential new medicine called Sofetabart Mipitecan (LY4170156) for people with certain types of ovarian, peritoneal, and fallopian tube cancers. Part A looks at participants whose cancer no longer responds to platinum-based treatments (a type of chemotherapy). Part B looks at participants whose cancer still responds to platinum-based treatments. The researchers want to find out if Sofetabart Mipitecan works better than the usual treatments that doctors use now and to better understand how safe it is. Each participant's time in the study will depend on how they respond to the treatment.

The purpose of this study is to assess treatment-related, patient-reported early QOL changes after stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy (SABR) using the EPIC-26 bowel and bladder domains.

This phase II trial studies how well adding axatilimab to standard of care (SOC) therapy works in preventing graft versus host disease (GVHD) following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HCT) in patients with hematologic cancer. Allogeneic HCT is a procedure in which a person receives blood-forming stem cells (cells from which all blood cells develop) from a genetically similar, but not identical, donor. This is often a sister or brother, but could be an unrelated donor. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can attack the body's normal cells, causing GVHD. Symptoms of GVHD can include yellowing of the skin, mucous membranes, and eyes, skin rash or blisters, dry mouth, or dry eyes. Typically, drugs such as cyclophosphamide, tacrolimus, and mycophenolate mofetil are given after the transplant to help stop GVHD from happening, but these current therapies may negatively affect patient quality of life and newer treatment strategies are needed. Axatilimab is a monoclonal antibody. A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens), which may prevent GVHD from developing. Adding axatilimab to SOC therapy may be more effective in preventing GVHD following allogeneic HCT in patients with hematologic cancer.

This phase III trial tests if gabapentin can prevent the need for opiate pain medication for mouth sores (oral mucositis) in patients undergoing treatment with chemotherapy and radiation for squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck region. Oral mucositis is a common side effect of radiation treatment and can cause severe pain, dysphagia, and weight loss resulting in feeding tube placement, worse health-related quality of life, treatment interruptions, unplanned hospitalizations, and significant financial burden. Mucositis pain is often treated with opioid pain medications which do provide pain relief but have many known side effects not limited to mental clouding, constipation, fatigue, endocrinopathy, neurotoxicity, sleep-disordered breathing, and most distressingly persistent opioid use. Gabapentin may help relieve pain from oral mucositis caused by radiation while also reducing the need for opiate pain medications for patients receiving chemotherapy and radiation for squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck region

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effietiveness of remdesivir (RDV) in reducing the rate of of all-cause medically attended visits (MAVs; medical visits attended in person by the participant and a health care professional) or death in non-hospitalized participants with early stage coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and to evaluate the safety of RDV administered in an outpatient setting.

Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is characterized by aggressive and rapid growth and a tendency to develop early spread to distant sites including mediastinal lymph nodes, liver, bones, adrenal glands, and brain. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, and change in disease activity of ABBV-706 compared to standard of care (SOC) treatment (topotecan, lurbinectedin, or amrubicin).

ABBV-706 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of SCLC. There are two treatment arms in this study. Participants will either receive ABBV-706 or SOC. Approximately 531 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 175 sites worldwide.

Participants with SCLC will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-706 or SOC \[topotecan (IV or orally), or lubinectedin (IV), or amrubicin (IV)\]. The estimated duration of the study is approximately 53 months.

There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires, and scans.

The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical benefit of the combination of Navlimetostat (BMS-986504) (a selective MTA-cooperative inhibitor of PRMT5) plus pembrolizumab and chemotherapy versus placebo plus pembrolizumab and chemotherapy in first-line metastatic non-small cell lung cancer participants with homozygous MTAP deletion

The primary purpose of the study is to assess how well amivantamab subcutaneous (SC) administration in combination with lazertinib or in combination with chemotherapy works (antitumor activity) in participants with epidermal growth factor receptor mutated (EGFRm) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC; that is one of the major types of lung cancer).

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common type of cancer diagnosed worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess change in disease activity when telisotuzumab adizutecan is given alone compared to standard of care (SOC) given alone.

Telisotuzumab adizutecan is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of CRC. This study will be divided into two groups called treatment arms. In arm 1 participants will receive telisotuzumab adizutecan alone. In arm 2 participants will receive SOC alone. Approximately 140 adult participants with CRC will be enrolled in the study in 45 sites worldwide.

In arm 1, participants will receive intravenous (IV) doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan alone. In arm 2 Participants will receive SOC alone. The study will run for a duration of approximately 51 months.

There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects of study medicine (PF-08634404) when given alone or with another antibody (ipilimumab) for the treatment of a type of liver cancer called hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) that is either locally advanced (spread to nearby tissues) or has spread to other parts of the body.

To join the study, participants must meet the following conditions:

* Be 18 years or older.
* Have locally advanced or metastatic HCC.
* Is not a candidate for complete surgical or loco-regional therapies.
* Have not received any whole-body treatment for HCC.

Participants will receive PF-08634404 either alone or in combination with ipilimumab. The medicine will be given through intravenous (IV) infusions, which means it will be administered directly into a vein. All treatments will take place at clinical trial sites, where trained medical staff will monitor participants during and after each visit.
