About this study

This phase II trial studies the side effects of durvalumab and tremelimumab and to see how well they work with or without high or low-dose radiation therapy in treating patients with colorectal or non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. Monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab and tremelimumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving durvalumab and tremelimumab with radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with colorectal or non-small cell lung cancer.

About this study

This randomized phase II trial studies how well carboplatin and paclitaxel with or without atezolizumab before surgery works in treating patients with newly diagnosed, stage II-III triple negative breast cancer. Monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may block tumor growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving carboplatin and paclitaxel with or without atezolizumab before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed.

About this study

This randomized phase III trial studies oxaliplatin, leucovorin calcium, fluorouracil, and bevacizumab to see how well they work compared to oxaliplatin, leucovorin calcium, and fluorouracil in treating patients who have undergone surgery for stage II colon cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as oxaliplatin, leucovorin calcium, and fluorouracil, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether giving combination chemotherapy together with bevacizumab is more effective than combination chemotherapy alone in treating colon cancer.

About this study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of tiragolumab plus atezolizumab and carboplatin and etoposide (CE) compared with placebo plus atezolizumab and CE in participants with chemotherapy-naive extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). Eligible participants will be randomized 1:1 to receive one of the following treatment regimens during induction phase:- -Arm A: Tiragolumab plus atezolizumab and CE -Arm B: Placebo plus atezolizumab and CE Following the induction phase, participants will continue maintenance therapy with either atezolizumab plus tiragolumab (Arm A) or atezolizumab plus placebo (Arm B).

About this study

This randomized, Phase I/III, multicenter, double-blinded, placebo-controlled study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of atezolizumab (anti-programmed death ligand 1 [anti-PD-L1]) in combination with carboplatin plus (+) etoposide compared with treatment with placebo + carboplatin + etoposide in treatment-naive participants with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). Participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either atezolizumab + carboplatin + etoposide or placebo + carboplatin + etoposide on 21 day-cycles for 4 cycles in the induction phase followed by maintenance with atezolizumab or placebo until disease progression (PD) as assessed by the investigator using Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1). Treatment can be continued until persistent radiographic PD or symptomatic deterioration.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of brigimadlin in patients with advanced or metastatic DDLPS by assessing the incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) and to characterise the severity, frequency, seriousness, relationship, and outcome of TEAEs.

About this study

This randomized phase II/III trial studies docetaxel, antiandrogen therapy, and radiation therapy to see how well it works compared with antiandrogen therapy and radiation therapy alone in treating patients with prostate cancer that has been removed by surgery. Androgen can cause the growth of prostate cells. Antihormone therapy may lessen the amount of androgen made by the body. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as docetaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving antiandrogen therapy and radiation therapy with or without docetaxel after surgery may kill any remaining tumor cells.

About this study
For patients with severe aplastic anemia (SAA) who have failed to respond to immunosuppressive therapy and lack an HLA identical family member, our objectives are to make an initial assessment of the safety and efficacy of allogenic stem cell transplantation from either a matched unrelated donor or a mismatched reacted donor using the conditioning regimen of Cytoxan, reduced total body irradiation (TBI) and Campath IH. The principle measures of safety and efficacy will be :

Patient survival probability at 100 days, 1 year and 2 years.

Incidence of graft versus host disease (GVHD), as well as incidence of acute GVHD and chronic GVHD within 6 months and 2 years.

Engraftment at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years
