A Phase 1B/2 Study to Investigate the Safety and Efficacy of TORL-1-23 with Chemotherapy Given Before Initial Surgery in Women with Advanced Stage Ovarian Cancer

This phase III trial compares the addition of induction chemotherapy, with carboplatin, paclitaxel and pembrolizumab, to chemotherapy and radiation, with cisplatin and pembrolizumab followed by pembrolizumab maintenance for the treatment of patients with cervical cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Cisplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Adding induction chemotherapy to the usual treatment of chemotherapy and radiation followed by maintenance may be more effective in treating patients with high risk, locally advanced cervical cancer.

The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of adding stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) to standard treatment (image guided radiation therapy [IGRT] and chemotherapy followed by immunotherapy with durvalumab) versus standard treatment alone in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be treated by surgery (inoperable).  

This phase III trial tests if gabapentin can prevent the need for opiate pain medication for mouth sores (oral mucositis) in patients undergoing treatment with chemotherapy and radiation for squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck region. Oral mucositis is a common side effect of radiation treatment and can cause severe pain, dysphagia, and weight loss resulting in feeding tube placement, worse health-related quality of life, treatment interruptions, unplanned hospitalizations, and significant financial burden. Mucositis pain is often treated with opioid pain medications which do provide pain relief but have many known side effects not limited to mental clouding, constipation, fatigue, endocrinopathy, neurotoxicity, sleep-disordered breathing, and most distressingly persistent opioid use. Gabapentin may help relieve pain from oral mucositis caused by radiation while also reducing the need for opiate pain medications for patients receiving chemotherapy and radiation for squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck region

This phase II trial studies how well adding axatilimab to standard of care (SOC) therapy works in preventing graft versus host disease (GVHD) following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HCT) in patients with hematologic cancer. Allogeneic HCT is a procedure in which a person receives blood-forming stem cells (cells from which all blood cells develop) from a genetically similar, but not identical, donor. This is often a sister or brother, but could be an unrelated donor. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can attack the body's normal cells, causing GVHD. Symptoms of GVHD can include yellowing of the skin, mucous membranes, and eyes, skin rash or blisters, dry mouth, or dry eyes. Typically, drugs such as cyclophosphamide, tacrolimus, and mycophenolate mofetil are given after the transplant to help stop GVHD from happening, but these current therapies may negatively affect patient quality of life and newer treatment strategies are needed. Axatilimab is a monoclonal antibody. A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens), which may prevent GVHD from developing. Adding axatilimab to SOC therapy may be more effective in preventing GVHD following allogeneic HCT in patients with hematologic cancer.

The purpose of this study is to find a suitable dose of BI 764532 that people with advanced cancer can tolerate when taken alone. Two different doses of BI 764532 are tested in this study.  

This study will evaluate two study drugs called ubamatamab and REGN7075, to see if they can help treat advanced or metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), and sarilumab, to evaluate to see if it can help with immune-related side effects from ubamatamab.

The study is looking at:

* How well ubamatamab and REGN7075 works
* The side effects that ubamatamab and REGN7075 might cause
* How much ubamatamab and REGN7075 is in the blood at different times
* If the body makes antibodies to ubamatamab and/or REGN7075, this may cause the ubamatamab to not work as well

The purpose of this study is to assess treatment-related, patient-reported early QOL changes after stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy (SABR) using the EPIC-26 bowel and bladder domains.

The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine called PF-08634404, and how well it works in people with cancer of the colon or rectum (CRC)). The goal is to understand if the new study medicine, combined with chemotherapy that is approved for colorectal cancer, can help people whose cancer has spread or returned after treatments taken before.

To join the study, participants must meet the following conditions:

* Be 18 years or older.
* Have colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of your body.
* Be in good enough health to receive study treatment.
* Should not be pregnant before starting treatment.

Participants will be randomized (like flipping a coin) to one of 2 different treatment arms. The first arm (Arm A) will include the new medicine PF-08634404 in combination with chemotherapy that is approved for colorectal cancer, and the second arm (Arm B) will include an approved medicine for colorectal cancer, called Bevacizumab, in combination with chemotherapy that is approved for this type of cancer. Participants and their doctors will not know which arm they are being assigned to. Participants will receive all the study medications through intravenous (IV) infusions, which means the medicine is given directly into a vein. The treatment will be given in cycles, and participants may continue receiving it if it is helping and they are not experiencing serious side effects.

The medicine will be given at a clinical site, where trained medical staff will check participants during and after each treatment.

* The study is expected to last approximately 33 months for each participant.
* Participants will have regular visits to the study site for treatment, health checks, and tests.
* After stopping treatment, participants will return for a final visit about 30 to37 days later to check their health and review any side effects.
* Follow-up will continue every 12 weeks by phone or in person or by reviewing health records to check on health status and any new treatments.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effietiveness of remdesivir (RDV) in reducing the rate of of all-cause medically attended visits (MAVs; medical visits attended in person by the participant and a health care professional) or death in non-hospitalized participants with early stage coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and to evaluate the safety of RDV administered in an outpatient setting.
