About this study

The purpose of this study is to conduct two optimization trials that test decision rules and adaptive algorithms programmed into the smartphone application SleepWell24 to optimize for early CPAP adoption to achieve > 6 hours/night for ≥ 6 nights/week of CPAP; and to optimize long-term health-related QoL and long-term CPAP maintenance over 6 months.

A multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of maintenance and long-term treatment administration of upadacitinib, an orally administered Janus kinase 1 inhibitor, in adult participants with Crohn's Disease.

About this study

The study is designed as an open-label, randomized, parallel, two arm, multicenter, international Phase 3 study in patients with recurrent or metastatic breast cancer previously treated with cytotoxic chemotherapy regimens.

The primary study objective is to compare overall survival of patients who receive NKTR-102 given once every 21 days to patients who receive treatment of Physician's Choice selected from a list of seven single-agent intravenous therapies.

About this study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether use of the app to recommend positive airway pressure (PAP) masks reduces patient-initiated request for mask changes during the first 90 days of PAP use., and to evaluate whether use of the app results in improved patient satisfaction with PAP experience during the first 90 days of PAP use.

About this study

Determine 1) the magnitude of SMG and skin a-syn density change over time, 2) the

improvement in adequate tissue acquisition doing bilateral SMG biopsies, 3) any laterality differences between

SMG gland a-syn density, 4) correlate a-syn density and changes in density between SMG and skin biopsies

Specific Aim 1. Determine, with bilateral submandibular gland (SMG) biopsies in 30 clinically

diagnosed subjects with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and 20 clinically probable REM sleep behavior

disorder (RBD) subjects whether bilateral biopsies improve the rate of acquisition of adequate

glandular tissue, whether alpha-synuclein (a-syn) SMG pathology correlates with clinical severity

and/or disease duration, and whether there is a left-right difference in the density of a-syn pathology.

Specific Aim 2. Determine, with a second SMG biopsy in previously biopsied PD and RBD subjects,

whether a-syn pathology density increases, decreases, or remains the same after a 1.5-2 year time

interval and whether there is a correlation between a-syn SMG pathology and clinical and/or disease

progression.

Specific Aim 3. Determine whether a-syn pathology density in skin punch biopsies correlates

with clinical measures and increases, decreases, or remains the same after a 1.5-2 year time

interval, and whether the density and changes over time correlate with those found in SMG

biopsies.

About this study

The objectives of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of this study are to characterize the safety and tolerability of CFT8634 in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic SMARCB1-perturbed cancers, including synovial sarcoma and SMARCB1-null tumors.

Phase 1 only: To determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for CFT8634 in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic SMARCB1-perturbed cancers.

Phase 2 only: To assess preliminary antitumor activity by overall response rate (ORR) as measured by Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) v1.1 in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic synovial sarcoma (Cohort 1) or SMARCB1-null tumors (Cohort 2).

The primary objective of this trial is to demonstrate the rate of successful ERCP procedure for the intended indication using the aScope™ Duodeno endoscope.

A secondary objective of this trial is to establish comprehensive performance attributes of the aScope™ Duodeno endoscope through its use by multiple endoscopists in conducting various ERCP procedures, and overall operator satisfaction rates.

About this study

This phase II trial studies how well alisertib with or without fulvestrant works in treating patients with endocrine-resistant breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Alisertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Hormone therapy using fulvestrant may fight breast cancer by blocking the use of estrogen by the tumor cells or reducing the amount of estrogen made by the body. Giving alisertib with or without fulvestrant may be better in treating patients with breast cancer.
