  The purpose of this study is to create a large, well annotated speech-bank which can be used in artificial intelligence (AI) and other research projects aimed at learning about speech in neurologic health and disease.

  We aim to test the hypothesis that the quality of human voice can be analyzed by multimodal machine learning approaches to assess overall physiological health in patients by predicting aspiration risk, pulmonary function values, frailty, perioperative/periprocedural/post chemotherapy/transplant risks and improvement of sleep apnea post myofunctional therapy.
