A Phase III Randomized Trial Comparing Unrelated Donor Bone Marrow Transplantation With Immune Suppressive Therapy for Newly Diagnosed Pediatric and Young Adult Patients With Severe Aplastic Anemia (TransIT, BMT CTN 2202) (TransIT)
Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this trial is to compare time from randomization to failure of treatment or death from any cause of IST versus URD BMT when used as initial therapy to treat SAA.

A PrOspective Registry of Pediatric Cellular Therapy Patients at risk for Endothelial Dysfunction, Sinusoidal Obstruction Syndrome and/or Multi-Organ Dysfunction Syndrome (MODS) (POEM)
Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the proportion of pediatric patients undergoing hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) who develop endotheliopathies (SOS, TMA, DAH and IPS) and/or MODS within 100 days of such therapies. Also, to evaluate the proportion of pediatric patients undergoing hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) who experience abnormal levels of circulating angiogenic, vascular permeability and inflammatory factors within 100 days post HCT-CT in the setting of endotheliopathies.

AHOD2131, A Randomized Phase 3 Interim Response Adapted Trial Comparing Standard Therapy with Immuno-Oncology Therapy for Children and Adults with Newly Diagnosed Stage I and II Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma (AHOD2131)
Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to compare the PFS of a standard chemotherapy approach versus an IO therapy approach (brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab) in patients with newly diagnosed early stage cHL who have a rapid early response (RER) as determined by PET2 after 2 cycles of doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, dacarbazine (ABVD) chemotherapy. Also, to compare the PFS of a standard chemotherapy approach versus an IO therapy approach (brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab) plus involved site radiation therapy (ISRT) in patients with newly diagnosed early stage cHL who have a slow early response (SER) as determined by PET2 after 2 cycles of ABVD chemotherapy.

ASCT2031, A Multi-Center, Phase 3, Randomized Trial of Matched Unrelated Donor (MUD) Versus HLA-Haploidentical Related (Haplo) Myeloablative Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation for Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults (AYA) With Acute Leukemia or Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS)
Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to compare the 1-year cumulative incidence of severe GVHD (from day of HCT) defined as Grade III-IV acute GVHD (aGVHD) and/or chronic GVHD (cGVHD) that requires systemic immunosuppression and to compare the disease free survival (DFS) (from time of randomization) in children and young adults (AYA) with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL), and Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) who are randomly assigned to haploHCT or to an 8/8 adult MUD HCT.

CV185155, A Phase III Randomized, Open Label, Multi-center Study of the Safety and Efficacy of Apixaban for Venous Thromboembolism Prevention Versus No Systemic Anticoagulant Prophylaxis During Induction Chemotherapy in Children With Newly Diagnosed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) or Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (T or B Cell) Treated With Asparaginase (CV185155)
Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of a blood thinning drug called Apixaban versus no administration of a blood thinning drug, in preventing blood clots in children with leukemia or lymphoma. Patients must be receiving chemotherapy, including asparaginase, and have a central line (a catheter inserted for administration of medications and blood sampling).
