Comparing PROs: Evaluating PROMIS-10, PROMIS-CAT-SRI & ESS For Assessing PAP Therapy Response In Adults With OSA Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to compare PROMIS-CAT-SRI and PROMIS-10 with the ESS in adults with OSA newly initiated on PAP therapy by administering all three instruments at baseline, 3 months, and 6 months, and evaluating their correlation and sensitivity in detecting treatment-related improvements in daytime sleepiness and overall quality of life.

WatchPAT Versus Polysomnography In Detection Of Central Disordered Breathing Events Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to compare the agreement of WatchPAT300 to the gold standard in-laboratory polysomnography (PSG) at detecting central events in adult patients referred to the sleep laboratory for suspected obstructive and/or central sleep apnea.
