About this study
The purpose of this study is to establish an ambispective (retrospective and prospective) registry embedded within Mayo Clinic's employee Weight Management Program. This registry will capture data from program inception for participants already enrolled, while enrolling new entrants and following all participants prospectively going forward. The goal is to evaluate real-world outcomes of a tiered obesity treatment model and to quantify how expectations and treatment experiences relate to satisfaction, engagement, and treatment preferences in the short (3–6 months), medium (9–12 months), and long-term (≥18 months).
