About this study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the prevalence of MIC A antibodies in adult participants with T1D

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Adults (aged 18 to 65 years, inclusive)

  • Known history of T1D, including:

    • Onset of T1D at <40 years of age

    • Insulin dependence for ≥5 years at time of signing ICF

  • Provide voluntary written consent before performance of any study-related procedures

  • Willingness and ability to comply with study procedures

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Any condition that precludes safe blood collection (e.g., bleeding disorder, severe anemia, poor venous access)

  • Any factor that, in the Investigator judgement, makes participation inappropriate
