A Study Of Clinical Outcomes In Real-World Practice Settings For Pediatric And Adult Patients With Classic CAH

About this study

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the real-world impact of CRENESSITY® (crinecerfont) in patients with CAH, including its effects on clinical endpoints associated with the disease (e.g., androgen control) and those related to disease management (e.g., glucocorticoid use).

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

Individuals meeting all the following criteria will be included in the study:

  • Participated or are participating in in either the NBI-74788CAH2006 or NBI-74788-CAH3003 Phase 3 study.

  • Received medical care in the US.

  • Completed PicnicHealth’s onboarding process, including:

    • Signing informed consent (and assent for minors) for data to be abstracted and shared with researchers

    • Signing authorization for medical record retrieval

    • Providing at least one care site and/or healthcare provider to initiate medical record retrieval.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Individuals with a complete lack of medical records (i.e., no medical records are retrieved by PicnicHealth) will be excluded from the study.
