A Study Of Biologic Age Clocks In Clinical Practice

About this study

The purpose of this study is to assess and compare the association of biological and chronological age with patient health status as assessed by the Wellbeing Index-5.

 

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • 18 years of age or older at the time of consent.

  • The patient is scheduled for a medical appointment in the GIM Rochester practice

  • The patient has the ability to provide informed consent

  • The patient has the ability to complete all aspects of this trial.

  • The patient has no contraindicating comorbid health conditions that would interfere with study participation, as determined by the clinical investigators.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • An unstable medical or mental health condition that could interfere with verbal consent, as determined by the physician investigator.
