A Study Of Intraocular Pressure Variability After Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery Using Home-Based Tonometry

About this study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate changes in intraocular pressure variability in glaucoma patients after MIGS using home-based tonometry.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

·       Age ≥18

·       Diagnosed with glaucoma

·       Scheduled for MIGS at Mayo Clinic Florida

·       Able and willing to perform home IOP measurements

·       Provide informed consent

 

Exclusion Criteria: 

·       Corneal abnormalities preventing accurate tonometry

·       Cognitive or physical impairment preventing use of the device

·       Recent glaucoma surgery (<3 months prior)
