A Study Of Immune Profiling, Spatialomics, And Correlation With Clinical Outcomes

About this study

The purpose of this study is to study both biopsy and surgical sample tissue to identify tumor-specific characteristics which may be associated with clinical outcomes. These findings may identify patients who could be candidates for therapeutic radiation escalation or de-escalation.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Patients who have FFPE in Tissue Archive

  • Patients treated in Rochester

  • Patients who have said “yes” to MN Research Authorization

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Patients who do not have FFPE in Tissue Archive
