A Study Of Neuroimmune Mechanisms And Localization Of Neural Dysfunction In Patients With Fibromyalgia

Overview

About this study

The purpose of this study is to establish a research pipeline which facilitates the neurobiological assessment of women living with fibromyalgia. By further understanding the mechanisms of neuronal dysfunction in fibromyalgia in the peripheral versus central nervous system, as well as interactions with the immune system, my aim is to define and validate patient stratification, ultimately help improve future patient care, through an individualized medicine framework.
