Establishing The Validity, Responsiveness, And Appropriateness Of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures For Adult Traumatic BPI

Overview

About this study

The purpose of this study is to examine criterion validity of the Impact of BPI outcome measure across a broad cohort of BPI patients. To assess responsiveness and minimal clinically-importance difference of the Impact of BPI outcome measure during recovery after surgical reconstruction for BPI. To determine the appropriateness of the Impact of BPI outcome measure, DASH, modified SWAP, or SF-36 in accurately capturing the patient experience during recovery from BPI. We will use surveys and qualitative interviews following completion of the candidate outcome instruments
