A Study of the BeWell360-CPR

Overview

About this study

The purpose of this study is to enhance and optimize the BeWell360-CPR digital health app.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

Patients:

  • Patients is enrolled in and receiving care at the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation (CPR) Mayo Clinic Florida.
  • Target Demographic: ≥18 years of any age, sex, race, or ethnicity.
  • Willingness to provide informed consent and complete study activities.
  • Without any cognitive impairment challenges
  • Ability to speak English language proficiently.
  • Patients who are judged by their clinician or research personnel able to give written informed consent
  • Willingness to consider engaging in Patient Advisory Group (PAG) (up to 10 patients)

Caregivers:

  • Informal caregivers (e.g., family members or friends) of patients is enrolled in and receiving care at the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation Mayo Clinic Florida.
  • Target Demographic: ≥18 years of any age, sex, race, or ethnicity.
  • Willingness to provide informed consent and complete study activities.
  • Without any cognitive impairment challenges
  • Ability to speak English language proficiently.
  • Willingness to consider engaging in Patient Advisory Group (PAG) (up to 6 caregivers of patients)

Care team members:

  • Healthcare professionals involved in delivering care to patients receiving care within the CPR program at MCF.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Patients and/or Caregivers not enrolled in and receiving care at the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation (CPR) Mayo Clinic Florida.
  • Healthcare professionals not involved in delivering care to patients receiving care within the CPR program at MCF.
