About this study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the integration of cancer pan-genetic testing into a cancer clinical practice and understand both its use and effect in “real world” practice conditions.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

Has Mayo Clinic or other medical health system ID, or another unique identifier.
Evidence of cancer diagnosis.
Able to provide informed consent.
Ability to provide blood or saliva sample.
Ability to provide fresh or archived tissue.

Exclusion Criteria:

Individuals who have situations that would limit compliance with the study requirements.
Institutionalized (i.e., Federal Medical Prison).
Prior germline genetic testing with a 40+ multi-gene panel within the last 3 years of enrollment.
Prior somatic (250+ gene) or ct-DNA (25+ gene) testing within the prior 3 months of enrollment.
Of note: Women, who are pregnant, or planning to become pregnant, can take part in this study..
