Program Evaluation of Community-Based Disaster Simulation

About this study

This study is designed to assess the effectiveness of the event in accomplishing educational objectives for participants. Additionally, this study will gather feedback on event-related logistics to improve processes for future events. Specifically, program evaluation will concentrate on the following three objectives: (1)Gather general event feedback (2)Assess execution of day-of logistics and potential improvements (3)Assess the effectiveness of the event in helping participants achieve educational objectives.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • All local community members, local medical/health professionals or trainees

Exclusion Criteria: 

  • Participants under 18 years old
  • Active duty military personnel
