About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine if patient satisfaction with a pharmacist-video visit is non-inferior to a face-to-face, in-clinic pharmacist visit. 

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. If you need assistance understanding the eligibility criteria, please contact the study team.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Age over 18 years
  • Patient completing the video visit is physically located in Minnesota or Michigan (Dr. Brodin and Dr. Merten both have active pharmacy licenses in both states). 

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Non-English speaking
  • Pregnant women
  • Visually-impaired
  • Institutionalized
