Presenter request process
Beginning in 2020, CCaTS Grand Rounds will be held on the first and third Friday of every month (once a month in July and August).
Individuals or groups interested in requesting presentation time should complete the CCaTS Grand Rounds Request Form (PDF) and email it to email@example.com. Requests are reviewed by the CCaTS Education Resources Executive Committee to ensure that presentations align with departmental priorities and initiatives.
CCaTS Grand Rounds are webcast live for internal audiences.
Webcasts require Windows Media Player version 6.5 or higher. The internal webcast link requires that you be logged in to the Mayo Clinic network and takes you to a consolidated list of all scheduled webcasts for the current week. Viewers need to select the "Friday" tab and scroll to the CCaTS Grand Rounds link. The link becomes available approximately five minutes before the live program starts.
Archived presentations can be viewed by searching the Mayo Clinic Video Exchange (must be logged in to the Mayo Clinic network).
For information about past and future presentations, search the CCaTS calendar.
