Mayo Clinic Institutional Biosafety Committee Meeting Minutes
The Mayo Clinic Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) oversees the safe use of recombinant DNA and infectious/select agents within Mayo Clinic laboratories. The IBC reviews and approves research protocols as required by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Science Policy.
As of June 1, 2025, the NIH requires approved meeting minutes from all Institutional Biosafety Committees to be posted on a publicly available website.
