Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.
This pilot clinical trial studies lisinopril in reducing shortness of breath caused by radiation therapy in patients with lung cancer. Lisinopril may decrease the side effects caused by radiation therapy in patients with lung cancer.
-
Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to determine the 4-month Progression-Free Survival (PFS), with demonstrated increase in tumor doubling time, of eligible subjects treated with pazopanib according to RECIST version 1.1 guidelines.
-
Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.
This randomized phase II trial studies how well giving erlotinib hydrochloride and cabozantinib-s-malate alone or in combination works as second or third line therapy in treating patient with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. Erlotinib hydrochloride and cabozantinib-s-malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether giving erlotinib hydrochloride together with cabozantinib-s-malate is more effective than erlotinib hydrochloride or cabozantinib-s-malate alone in treating non-small cell lung cancer.

Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to assess how accurately a portable single-channel EEG device (Epilog™ by Epitel) detects generalized non-convulsive seizures, and to determine the feasibility of use of this device in an acute setting such as the Emergency Department (ED).
-
Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of ubenimex in patients who have pulmonary arterial hypertension, to improve exercise capacity and delay clinical worsening.
-
Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and tolerability of two dose regimens of IFX-1 as add-on to standard of care (SOC) in subjects with GPA and MPA compared with placebo.
-
Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.
The purpose of this study is to obtain breath acoustic recordings and measures of lung mechanics in patients with COPD, asthma, and cystic fibrosis breathing at rest and during light submaximal exercise. The plan is to examine these respiratory acoustics and mechanics in relation to determinants of disease and/or disease states (classic respiratory pathophysiology) and quality of life measures in these patient populations to determine if any relationship or patterns exist when comparing across respiratory diseases and within a condition based on disease severity.

Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla.
The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the safety of GEN1046 in patients with malignant solid tumors.
-
Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of sotatercept (ACE-011) in adults with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. Each eligible participant will receive standard of care (SOC) plus sotatercept (ACE-011) for a 24 week treatment period followed by a 16 week follow up period.

The International Balloon Pulmonary Angioplasty (BPA) Registry is a prospective, multi-center, long-term observational project. Scheduled to start data collection in Q4 2017, the registry will run for approximately four years with a follow-up time for each patient of at least two years. Its primary objective is to investigate the efficacy and safety of BPA intervention in patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) not amenable to pulmonary endarterectomy (PEA).
