BD LSRFortessa
- Equipped with five lasers: 355-nanometer UV, 405-nanometer violet, 488-nanometer blue, 561-nanometer yellow-green and 640-nanometer red.
- Detects up to 18 colors simultaneously; exchange of filters available.

BD FACSymphony A3 cell analyzer
- Equipped with five lasers: 355-nanometer, 405-nanometer, 488-nanometer, 561-nanometer and 637-nanometer.
- Enables simultaneous detection of up to 30 parameters and 23 colors.

Cytek Aurora — spectral flow cytometry
- Equipped with five lasers: 355-nanometer, 405-nanometer, 488-nanometer, 560-nanometer and 635-nanometer.
- 64 detection channels for fluorescence and three channels for scatter (blue laser forward scatter, blue laser side scatter and violet laser side scatter).
- Capture for dyes emitting in the 365-nanometer to 829-nanometer range.
- SpectroFlo software.
BD FACS Aria III Cell Sorter
- Five-laser setup: 355-nanometer, 405-nanometer, 488-nanometer, 561-nanometer and 640-nanometer.
- 16-color detection: 3-blue, 3-red, 3-violet, 2-UV and 5-yellow-green.
- Four-way sort available for 1.5-milliliter microfuge and 5-milliliter fluorescence-activated cell sorting tubes.
- Two-way sort available for 15-milliliter falcon tubes.
- One-way sort available for plates (384-, 96-, 48-, 24-, 12- and 6-well plates).

Facilities
The Flow Cytometry Core works with research labs within Mayo Clinic's Arizona campus and the local community to ensure access to needed research equipment. In addition to Mayo Clinic labs, the core works with TGen, Arizona State University and the University of Arizona.
