Maternal and fetal outcomes after use of biologics for atopic diseases during pregnancy

The purpose of the study is to describe whether the use of biologics for atopic diseases during pregnancy increased the risk of adverse maternal and fetal outcomes, including preterm delivery, stillbirth, low birth weight, or congenital malformations.

A Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study To Assess The Impact Of Omalizumab On Exercise Capacity, Physical Activity, And Sleep Quality In Patients With Moderate To Severe Allergic Asthma

The purpose of this study is to test the effects of omalizumab on exercise capacity, physical activity, and sleep quality after 24 weeks of treatment in participants with moderate to severe allergic asthma. Exercise capacity will be assessed using cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET). Physical activity and sleep quality will be assessed with a wearable physical activity and sleep monitor.
