DESTINY-Biliary Tract Cancer-01: A Phase 3 Study Of Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (T-DXd) And Rilvegostomig Versus Standard-of-Care Gemcitabine, Cisplatin, And Durvalumab For First Line Locally Advanced Or Metastatic HER2-expressing Biliary Tract Cancer (DESTINY-BTC01) Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of T-DXd with rilvegostomig or T-DXd monotherapy compared with gemcitabine plus cisplatin and durvalumab in patients with advanced treatment naïve HER2-expressing BTC.

A Phase 1 Study of ALN-BCAT as Monotherapy and in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Hepatocellular Carcinoma Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of the dose escalation part of the study is to characterize the safety and tolerability of ALN-BCAT as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab; and to determine the recommended dose(s) for expansion (RDFE) of ALN-BCAT as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab. The purpose of the dose expansion part of the of the study is to evaluate the antitumor activity of ALN-BCAT as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab; to characterize the safety and tolerability of ALN-BCAT as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab.

The purpose of this trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended Phase 2 dose for NXP800.
