• Bipolar Disorder Measures in Clinical Care - Patient Preferences on Measures Rochester, Minn.

  The purpose of this study is to obtain input from people with bipolar disorder to choose the preferred measure for monitoring bipolar disorder symptoms that is understandable, acceptable, and helpful in informing when to change treatment.

• Bipolar disorder measures in clinical care - two-part trial Rochester, Minn.

  The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of measurement-based care (MBC) with the preferred measure for bipolar disorder and assess fidelity to the protocol including measure administration, scoring, and reviewing results.  Additionally, to compare MBC with the preferred measure for bipolar disorder to enhanced usual care.
