• A Phase 3, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind Study Of The Combined Lysis Of Thrombus With Ultrasound And Systemic Tissue Plasminogen Activator (TPA) For Emergent Revascularization (CLOTBUST-ER) In Acute Ischemic Stroke Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

  This is a randomized, placebo-controlled, phase 3 clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of transcranial ultrasound (US) as an adjunctive therapy to tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) treatment in subjects with acute ischemic stroke.

• A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Proof-of-Concept Study To Assess The Safety And Efficacy Of Elezanumab In Acute Ischemic Stroke Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla.

  The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of elezanumab in subjects with acute ischemic stroke to potentially accelerate recovery and/or provide more complete recovery by decreasing neuronal damage and enhancing restoration of neuronal activity. 

• Computer Vision-based Quantitative Assessment of Upper Extremity Motor Function in Stroke Patients Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

  The purpose of this study is to develop a computer vision based software program to better understand upper extremity movements after stroke.
